We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business
Analyst to play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation. This
individual will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and
technology solutions, primarily within our Odoo environment. The Business
Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to
understand their processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate these
needs into functional requirements for our Odoo system.
Responsibilities:
- Gather
and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and
other elicitation techniques.
- Analyze
existing business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and
opportunities for optimization.
- Translate
business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for
Odoo development and configuration.
- Create
user stories, use cases, process flows, and other documentation to support
the development and implementation of Odoo solutions.
- Collaborate
with technical teams (internal or external) to ensure that solutions meet
business needs and are implemented effectively.
- Participate
in testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Provide
ongoing support and maintenance for Odoo modules.
- Stay
up-to-date on the latest Odoo features and best practices.
- Contribute
to the continuous improvement of our digital transformation strategy.
- Facilitate
communication and collaboration between various departments to ensure
alignment on project goals.
- Contribute
to data migration and cleansing activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related
field.
- Proven
experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with experience working with ERP
or CRM systems.
- Strong
understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity
with Odoo is highly desirable. If no prior experience, a strong aptitude
for learning new software is essential.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability
to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience
with process mapping and documentation tools.
